About us

We’re an established, boutique NQT recruitment agency. We help NQTs launch their careers in London. Our experienced team have years of experience helping NQTs and believe that building long-lasting relationships with schools is crucial.

Whilst we may be boutique, we’re part of the Bluestones Group, a much larger organisation. That means we have access to the best equipment, offices and expertise. We also have an annual awards ceremony where employees win trips abroad. Previous destinations include New York, Dubai and Ibiza!

The benefits of working here

24 days holiday

You’ll receive 24 days holiday plus an extra day for your birthday. After you’ve worked here for two years you get an extra day. Then an extra day for every year after that all the way up to 30 days.
